India Fine Stones

These are an India stone which are similar to the Norton stones but are a slightly finer grit.  The fine stones provide a much more polished surface perfect for finishing knives - we recommend use of Mineral oil on these stones with your knives.  Mineral oil is a natural product (as opposed to honing oil) which is better for the stone and creates a tighter connection between the knife and the stone.
